Intro to Zen

Join us on the first Sunday of the month for an introduction to Zen and our Hollow Bones Zen practice hosted by Reishin Denise Leong and other senior priests or roshis. The session will cover:

  • Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path
  • Meditation and the Hollow Bones Morning Service
  • Three Marks of Existence: Suffering, Impermanence, No Self

Each meeting will feature a short meditation, an overview of the topics, and then an open forum for Q&A. Resources will be provided for further study.
