Intro to Zen

Join us for an introduction to Zen and our Hollow Bones Zen practice hosted by Reishin Denise Leong. The session will cover:

  • Four Noble Truths
  • The Eightfold Path
  • Three Marks of Existence: Suffering, Impermanence, No Self
